Brandon Crumpton is the president of Key Signature Entertainment. He is a graduate of Wingate University with a degree in Music Business. Brandon has been in the entertainment and events industry for 14 years.
His journey began as a member of the events programming board at Wingate University. He later interned with a local booking agency here in Charlotte, who then hired him upon graduation. Brandon worked his way up from Assistant to General Manager in only 5 years.
His next step in his professional career landed him at TRIP Hospitality Resources. Brandon assisted with the company’s two publications, TRIP Magazine, and Charlotte Hospitality News. This move gave him a better background in sales, and a wider understanding of Charlotte’s events and tourism industry.
Brandon was encouraged by TRIP’s owner, Charlotte’s best musicians, family, and friends to get back into the entertainment industry; thus, Key Signature Entertainment was born. Representing some of North Carolina’s most talented and professional acts, Key Signature provides live entertainment for private parties and special events.

AFR Event Furnishings Regional Account Executive for North Carolina and South Carolina. Aundrea has been an active member of the special events community and ILEA in particular. After graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in Hospitality Management, Aundrea flourished in positions with OMNI Hotels, The Duke Mansion, and Shelton Vineyards. She brings a wealth of event planning and design, business development, and venue management expertise to our 2017 ILEA board.
President-ElectAisha Thomas Events
Aisha is a Wedding and Event producer at Aisha Thomas Events, a boutique event production and event design firm specializing in modern and edgy designs. She has been featured in publications such as Charlotte Wedding, DIY Weddings, Creative Loafing, and Munaluchi Magazine.
Aisha is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Charlotte where she received her Bachelor Degree in Accounting. She has a Masters in Business Administration concentrating in Hospitality Management. Aisha was one of twelve planners (out of over 200) selected to produce one of the official Delegate Welcome Parties during the 2012 Democratic National Convention. In 2013, she was one of the recipients of the Charlotte ILEA Presidential Award.

Meredith Brady is the Events Manager at Paschal Events which specializes in full service event planning, sponsorship procurement, sports consulting, promotions and marketing, social media for events and volunteer coordination. Meredith graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Later on Meredith received a Meeting and Event Planning Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Bryan Paschal with Paschal Events has been in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. Mainly focusing on Corporate Event Planning, Sports Consulting, Sponsorship Procurement, Social Media for Events, Marketing & Promotions, Event Management and Volunteer Coordination. Paschal Events coordinates, creates and manages events in the Charlotte, NC area as well as other states in the US to include: California, Minnesota, South Carolina and Florida. Paschal serves on the ILEA Board of Directors and is a partner and member of Visit Charlotte in Charlotte, NC.
VP of ProgramsVenue Sales Manager / Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (CRVA)
Michaelina is a Venue Sales Manager for the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (CRVA) where she matches clients with rental space at some of Charlotte’s premier venues including the NASCAR Hall of Fame, the Charlotte Convention Center, Bojangles’ Coliseum, and Ovens Auditorium. Michaelina joined the sales team in 2013 after working in the Operations Department at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Michaelina graduated from East Carolina University with an undergraduate BA in Communication and earned a double master degree with a Master in Public Administration and an MS in Sustainable Tourism. She’s a proud pirate still active in local Charlotte chapter alumni events. Outside of work she enjoys volunteering as the high school youth group director at her church. This is her second year as an ILEA member and first year on the board.

Emily Decker is the founder and lead photographer of EA Decker Photography, LLC, a professional commercial photography company. She has worked in the Midwest and South East as a professional since 2010. She obtained a BFA in Photography from The Ohio State University. EA Decker Photography provides photo services for corporate events as well as advertising photography for business of all sizes. Emily creates a comfortable environment and efficient experience for everyone involved. With a team of professionals by her side, there is no job too big or too far. Emily resides in Charlotte, NC with her loving husband, Lucas. When they are not working they enjoy hiking in the mountains, travel, and relaxing days outside with friends.

Annie Lewis Event Planning focuses on corporate, non-profit and association meetings and events. Annie is a 20+ year veteran in the event industry. Her career began at a boutique firm in San Francisco working with Fortune 500 and emerging tech clients. This was followed by a move to San Diego where she worked with one of the country’s premier DMCs. Annie moved to the Charlotte region in 2003 and worked with Tribble Creative Group for several years just as the city saw rise to much growth and many great event opportunities. Annie ventured out on her own in 2011 and balances out her event portfolio each year with her own clients and by contracting with larger event companies in the region, providing senior level planning expertise. She earned her CSEP in January 2017. Annie lives in Davidson, NC with her two teenaged children, Sophie and Marcello. Annie is also a lifelong yogi, which she credits for keeping her calm on event sites.

Caitlin is an Event Experience Manager for the Charlotte Marriott City Center. Caitlin's current role is to help pull through a meeting purpose and elevate the guest experience. Caitlin brings a wealth of knowledge in her previous roles in a venue setting, décor company, Museum and College. With attention to detail and a love for time lines, Caitlin enjoys the growing event industry in Charlotte. A proud UNC Charlotte alum, Caitlin graduated with a Bachelors in Communication Studies, Public Relations in 2010. She resides in Charlotte, NC with her loving husband, Drew. When they are not working, they enjoy learning new recipes to cook, traveling and entertaining friends in their new home.

Peggy Washko grew up entertaining people at an early age. She has worked as a singer at various restaurants and in a band. After college she landed a job working for Monkey Business entertainment and bought the company in 1989. She is a dedicated event planner and producer. Peggy has played a range of roles for the company as she worked as an actress and singer within the business. Peggy has performed for several presidents of the US, and celebrities such as Tom Cruise. Museum Gala's, anniversary parties and the DNC are examples of the events that she has been involved in. She has experience owning her own recording studio in Charlotte and created several original recordings and voice overs. She volunteers for TV 21 as a producer and radio show host for the blind as well as for Little Smiles where she donates costumed characters and entertainment for the children who have cancer. She recently published a series of poems, and a children's book for travel and tourism. Her fun entertainment and event business provides her clients with creative performing art and entertainment that fits in to corporate picnics, parties, or special events.
